Spend 90 minutes on the water surfing or stand-up paddleboarding (depending on conditions), before finishing your experience with 60 minutes of heat, relaxation and stunning sea views in the sauna on The Prom.

- Meet Niall from Surf Sup Tramore to get your wetsuit before getting changed
