Join us at Ballyscanlon wellness for our unique seaweed bath and sauna experience perfect for any get togethers be it celebrations with friends & family or a recovery session for your sports club or company it’s a one of a kind experience that can cater to it all.
During the 2 hour session you will have access to 3 seaweed baths our woodfired sauna
The stove sauna is our wood fired barrel sauna that can comfortably fit 8 people whilst "The Hot House" is an electric sauna with tiered seating ideal for those that like a cooler sauna expereince which can fit 4 people comfortably.
You'll also have access to our 3 seaweed baths which fit 2-3 people in each and are kept above 30 degrees leaving your skin feeling soft and rejuvenated.
Going from the intense heat to the cold,fresh lake is surreal but the sensation of hopping from the intense cold into the welcoming heat of our hot tubs is one you won’t forget, soaking up the magical scenes the lake and surrounding flora and fauna has to offer.
It's the perfect treat for a girls day out as a "rustic" spa experience, a recovery session for sports clubs or a completely unique team bonding day for your company or group there is something for all to enjoy.
Currently we only run this experience as a private booking for groups up to 15 people and it must be bookable 5 days in advance.
We encourage people to carpool where possible as parking is limited and to lower any unnecessary emissions.When arriving we ask you to park in the car park on your left as you pull in and walk down the path towards the sauna and wellness area, a member of our team will meet you below and direct you to the boat house to get changed.
